Peter D. Wolf, President of Nuclear Energy Solutions, Inc., interviews Jeffrey S. Merrifield, a former Commissioner of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, regarding the proposed Part 53 regulations to the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act (NEIMA).
